Why is my device not turning on anymore? (blue light then nothing)

So, I’ve had my New 3DS XL in this state for a couple of years but only now I’m making a move to fix it myself. I was playing an emulator and my console was charging when all of a sudden it just shut off and never turned back on again. I tried with different batteries, chargers, outlets but nothing happened. Up until now, when I click the power button it shows just a blue light and nothing else. No sound, nothing. The screen isn’t cracked, the device was immaculate when I was using and all of a sudden it just stopped working all together. Also, the device won’t charge at all, not even with a battery inside. The blue light turns on then absolute silence, not even the screens turn on or anything like that, nothing else happens. I tried to get into the back shell but I destroyed the screws so right now I’m trying to do something about it, I bought a 000 Philips head screws off Amazon but still they are stripped and won’t go anywhere. What can I do?
