Left speaker stopped working suddenly. Looking at the teardown here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DEJEgTBp... it seems like the left side has a soldered connection, not a connector. I contacted support, but was wondering what screwdriver size would be needed to open it since it’s smaller than anything I’ve seen/own.

I couldn’t see the exact bit they were using in the video, probably the J00 or J000, but the kit they are using is the xiaomi wiha screwdriver set. Its a nice set, but I highly recommend ifixit’s Mako driver kit

Update, noticed they were pointing with a flathead bit checked my Wiha kit and the smallest flathead in it is 1.5mm

And mine too! Without no apparent reason, no drops, no damage, not forcing the glasses... Used one day without issues, and when I put them next day, the left speaker didn't sound.
Same issue here. Bose is now selling me a refurbished pair for $80+ with 1year warranty. I have to return the bad pair before I receive the refurbished pair which is approximately 4 weeks.

Same here! I never ever use them. I used them one day for 5 minutes. The next day, left speaker won’t work.

I had a Bose Frames which one side stopped working (no sound) less than a year after purchase. I went to the Bose after sales and they replaced it giving a new one as it had a one year warranty. This replaced new one didn't last a year neither, but this time they dud not replace, saying that the warranty is on the first purchase only. I was also told that there is this inherent problem with the Bose Frames. I bought the product in Dec 2019
