Determine Surface Pro 4 screen version

I need to see which version screen I need for a screen replacement on a surface pro 4. I took it to a place that can replace it but they said in order for them to see which version screen I have they need to take it off. However, I would be without a laptop for 5 days which is not possible due to work. Is there any way for me to see what screen version I have to tell the company in advance?
