No water or ice

Hi,

I bought a house with a Samsung RF42887HARS french door fridge and it’s not dispensing water or ice. When pressing the buttons for water or ice you hear the button click but that’s it. I recall owing a Samsung side-by-side fridge and when pressing the buttons I should hear motor running from the ice maker or a humm from the water solenoid.

I tried defrosting, replacing the water filter, and checking rear bottom right solenoid after looking at some troubleshooting instructions on Youtube. The solenoid appears to be fine. I guess the only thing left is the solenoid behind the water filter but could it cause the ice maker not to run dispense motor or could it be the dispense buttons?
