I just installed the battery I got from Ifixit but the battery is not detected. Is it a “BIOS not detecting the battery” issue? Is the battery searching for a Razer Blade 2013 model BIOS? The battery is not charging and doesn’t hold a charge. The battery initially discharged for about 2 hours but after that it is not charging. One of the other batteries I purchased had the same issue.

contact customer support about the issue, ifixit has a great customer service center and will be able to help you with getting a replacement!
if you get a replacement and its still not charging its likely not the battery but something internal to the computer that will need further troubleshooting
