What to do with all the cheap fresh corn on sale

@danj Will be smoking some ribs tomorrow and grilling corn. We get fresh Hatch Green Chilies out of New Mexico, around here. That should be happening next week, They roast them in big drums outside the local grocery stores.

A big, grilled green chili cheese burger a and ear of fresh corn will almost beat that fresh Maine Lobster ;-)

I have a standing order in the fall with NM Chilie Import Co to get some. When I was in NM I fell in love with them. Do you go with the hot or the mild?

@danj I'm a wuss. I go for the mild. But they all look the same so you never know what you're going to get.
