Why is my mobile network full but I can't make or receive calls

I replaced the screen of My LG v40 thinq and after 3 days i noticed i couldn’t receive calls or make calls easily. I updated the phone, I've formatted and even clean the panel but still same result. Mostimes i can use the data network but can’t make calls. The Wi-Fi is doing fine
