How csn I attach a hose for continuous draining? Do I need a kit?

I bought a house that had the Westpointe MDC 45 AE dehumidifier in it and I’d like to attach it to a sump pump with a hose so that it can drain continuously. Do I need to purchase a special kit to do that or is there a simple way to do it with a hose?
