alcatel phone it will not power on and I tride to charge it

What is the model name or number of the phone?

Does the phone show that it is charging?

If not, have you tried using a different known working compatible charger or charging cable?

Have you visually inspected the charging port for any obstructions e.g. lint etc which may prevent a good electrical connection?

What have you tried?

Charge port solder points are very cheap in those phone. If it does not charge, there is a high chance that this is this issue
