My switch OLED got a scratch across the shatter film while I was waiting for my screen protectors to be delivered. Is it safe to remove the shutter film and just put on a screen protector? Is there a replacement shatter film anywhere that I could get? Or am I just SOL?

I am confused on what you are talking about exactly. Are you meaning the Glass covering the OLED Screen if you are removing it is not a good idea it will expose the OLED and you could damage the OLED in the process as its fused to the glass.

Yes the glass covering the "shatter film". Considering it's a bonded piece, is there a scratch remover I could use?
Depends on how deep the scratch is. Most scratch removers only remove light scratches. And since this model of the switch is so new i don't think there is any parts for it yet.
Yeah I just checked and the part that you would need is nowhere online. I would just contact Nintendo and see how much a repair would be
