Can I replace the nvme ssd?
Is it possible to upgrade the nvme ssd in this macbook pro ?

Sadly, no. Any MacBook Pro from 2016 on have storage that is soldered directly onto the board. So it is effectively not upgradeable. Same goes for RAM and is extra complex on these M1 machines because the memory is a part of the actual M1 SOC.
