I closed the lid to put my lenovo to sleep and it hasn’t started by up.

Connect it to power first. Battery might be out of juice.

Also try pressing the Fn key and seeing if there is any activity.

If none of that works, hold the power button for 10 seconds, then press it once to try and turn the machine back on manually.
