The entire keyboard works fine with the exception of the " - " button on the 10 key. It transmits as " + " but so does the actual " + " key. Any way to fix this?

You can try to make sure the keyboard layout is set to the right setting on your Mac.

Yes, I tried resetting the keyboard layout, but it still isn't working. Hate to waste stuff like this, but I'll just order a new one. I really rely on that key for my job :(

You can also try to update the firmware on the thing, just spotlight “Aluminum Keyboard Firmware Update” and launch that program.
