Doesn t charge when closed - Date resets

So, i cant charge the 3ds when its closed and when its open it charges poorly
and the date resets. I canț charge it with any charger/ the thing where u put the 3ds and it charges.
I also changed the battery like 3 times by now and it still does that its practically unplayable
