What is the reason why the picture is blurred in Mavik Air 2s?

2 images will be stored one is .dng format it is a raw file if we preview this file it look like blurred it is used to edit the image and another.jpg file will good quality to preview image.

I don't quite understand what you mean, please provide clearer pictures if possible. But I think this situation may be caused by dirty lens, please try cleaning the lens.
