Why isn't the play store downloading my apps?
My RCA Galileo Pro Tablet won't let me download most apps. It won't let me update any of the google apps either. What should I do?

Hi,
Try updating the Play Store app and then check if you can download apps.
Open the Play Store app and tap on Settings > About.
Tap on update and follow the prompts. You need to be online for this to work.
If still no good, it may be that the tablet's Android OS doesn't support the apps. Check the OS system version requirements of the apps that you want to download.
