Before 1 month ago my realme c1 phone was suddenly turned off then I go to for repair they changed the folder and it was working after 15 days it happened again and my phone has been turned off while charging time.
Since then my phone is still not on.

If there is lint in the charge port, the cable can't seat properly and this can prevent it from charging at all. VERY CAREFULLY use a pin or needle to check that the phone's charge port is clean.
