How to delete the RetailShow app? zte

Hello, I bought a ZTE Axon20 phone (A2121E) a week ago.

With a display error that I fixed. The seller forgot to tell me the RetaiShow App code, so the phone is unused, due to the continuous demo launch. Question Does anyone know this unlock code?

Is there a code similar to that of Samsung (5444.......)?
