Hacked Computer - /Library/Preferences Updating Daily

I know my computer is hacked, but I'm trying to pull the correct evidence. If you look at the files in /Library/Preferences, its strange the are being modified on a very regular basis.

Please take a look at these .plist files and see if anything looks strange. I was extremely frustrated with the SystemConfiguration files. Even when I gave myself Read/Write privileges, I was not able to update the file.

I'm running a fresh install of Catalina. I'm 100% sure this computer is compromised. Let me know if there are any log files you would like to see. I'm pretty sure the computer is net booting from a malicious source.
