my 2000 ford ranger has a fully charged battery but won’t turn on at all, it won’t do anything when I turn the key. No lights come on in the dash or on the outside of the truck.

No instrument lights, gauges not turning on, exterior lighting suggests a main power issue; battery, battery cables and their connections. Try jump starting to separate a battery problem from main wiring.
