I need some help with possible issues. I replaced the battery in my phone and all works great except now both cameras are blank and not able to take pics. What now or where to go from here ? I have new cams in route but I don’t know what could be the issue.

Did you disconnect the screen prior to removing the battery? It's possible that the front camera flex cable that is attached to the screen became damaged in the process. One camera being damaged can cause the other not to work depending on the damage. If both cameras were working prior to the repair, replacing the front camera should resolve the rear camera issue. If you still experience the issue after replacing one or both camera's, a component may have been knocked loose in the in the process and will require board level repair.

It’s possible. I replaced the battery only and thought for sure I removed that first but upon multiple times opening I may not have replugged the battery in last.

Had a look at the schematic for this since the issue would have to be something related to both cameras. It is possible that there was electrical damage done during the repair, but that sort of damage does not occur very often to cameras. I am more likely to think that there may have been some accidental damage done when disconnecting the screen.
There is at least 1 line on the board which is shared by both front and rear cameras and its possible that components related to this line were nudged when you disconnected the screen since the components are very close to home button/force touch connector. Which is vertical connector coming from the screen. I might see if anything in this area (especially around the upper right corner, near the screw hole, looks like it may have been disturbed. You can remove the foam stickers around the connector for a better look. And you may need some level of magnification to be able to tell anything.

It looks to have been the front facing camera that was damaged. I replaced that first and all was fixed So far I’ll let you know if something goes down from here but all seems solved. Thanks all!
