Sim Card Settings Not Appearing

My phone fell and immediately when i tried to use it the fingerprint sensor is not responsive I think that will have to do with the issue of the screen replacement. The big issue is my sim card is not appearing/detecting and I have tried every possible solution besides to reset my device.
