mohamedhemz you are not giving us a whole lot of information here. Let us know if this just started or if anything happened to your phone. What have you checked? What have you tried? The more information you give the greater the chance of getting it fixed.

Did you check that the vibration setting has been enabled?
Go to Settings > Sounds and Vibration > Vibrate while ringing.
There is also a Vibration Pattern setting further down the list under Sounds and Vibration
If it is enabled, has the phone been dropped or gotten wet at all?
