مصطفى أبو مريم here is the datasheet AN7523N Matsudhita. Pin 4 is the voltage in and pin 9 is the volume. Use the test circuit outlined on page 4 to check the IC.

مصطفى أبو مريم not quite sure what you are trying to do. Are you saying that you want this separate from the TV? what model is your TV? Explain further in detail what is going on and what your plans are.
