struggling to find the slotted screw

I'm struggling to find the slotted screw that holds the power board in place. Something is holding it pretty firmly. Does it clip in?

Did you review the sidebar questions, one dealing with battery type? A how-to procedure with snapshots reveals nothing holding the board to the housing.
