tried to power up before closing the phone but getting a black screen. phone will vibrate when i press power but thats it. just trying to get info from an app that wasnt backed up. if i can get the screen to light im hoping i can navigate to the app and take a pic of the info i need any ideas

Check to make sure you connected it well or if the battery you have works
