my phone charges normal displays that it has power or currently charging as normal but when i boot it seems to just keep booting i try to go into safe mode but it wont work all i get stuck with is the logo and then reboots its the same with recovery mode it doesnt get past the logo then reboots.

Its stuck in a bootloop. Easiest solution is going into recovery mode and factory resetting. If you don't want to lose your data then try just clearing cache from recovery then reboot normally and see if it boots successfully.
