Battery not charging on Aspire Typhon 100?

My Aspire Typhon 100 just will not charge, has anyone else had similar problems with theirs and has some tips and advice on what I can do to fix it please?? If its a replace battery job them Where's best to get a battery to fit it?? Thanks in advance 🦊-Vixen
