Sony wh 2000xm4 not charging
Not charging even though I tried resetting still had no success.

Check that the USB Type-C cable is firmly connected to the headset and the USB AC adaptor or computer. Make sure that the USB AC adaptor is firmly connected to the AC outlet. Check that the computer is turned on. Wake the computer up if the computer is in standby (sleep) or hibernation mode.

rollsroycecafe_36143 check your AC adapter and make sure that it has proper output. Then check the charging cable, making sure that there are no bend pins etc. After that, check the charging port. Same thing, no bend pins corrosion or debris inside the connector. If all that checks out, you will have to disassemble your headphones and check the charging port on the board and might as well change the battery. Then re-evaluate.
