Recently I took the case off of my iPad and I saw some weird stuff that will come off, but if I run my finger over it it comes right back. I need some help because I don’t want to have to look at that every day.

Give some screen cleaner and a microfiber cloth a try to get it cleaned up, but it may just be that these markings are worn into the display.
Even cases with cushions around openings can cause wear since the case rubs against the device as it's being used. In which case the only way to get rid of the marks would be to replace the whole display assembly.

Ich habe das gleiche Problem und die Flecken kommen immer wieder. Bei der Reparatur habe ich Frischhaltefolie über das Touchmodul getan, damit er nicht verunreinigt wird. Wo die Folie Kontakt hatte, sind diese Flecken entstanden. Beim Drüberwischen gehen sie für ein paar Sek weg und kommen wieder :(

Try some screen cleaner and give it a good rub, or ipa if you can access any.
