program my key where I can put it over top of it and it will start

I went a got a a new ignition switch and two keys but the one on my s99-150 truck was knocked out the mission switch and it is pretty bad shape in there and I can't get it put in the new one so how can I program my key where I can put it over top of it and it will start how can I program it on my own the easy way please get back to me I've been doing that my transportation for over 2 months now please help me to do it my easy way with no machine I have no machine thank you
