I did factory reset but still not working

I went in my hardware but my wifi and bluetooth are not listed in and its says unavoidable

I'm having the same issue on my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. After the new update, they both stopped working.

Check (verify) the time zone on your phone. I had this problem On the last update and resetting the TIMEZONE corrected the problem.

Same for me, bluetooth and wifi can't be on. when I tried to open it it'll become off again.

Head to Settings > System, and tap the Advanced drop-down button. Then, tap "Reset options" and choose Reset Wi-Fi, mobile, & Bluetooth.
