asim alshareef you need to let us know what OS your computer has and what you have tried to fix it. I would check to make sure you have the proper driver for your computer. The latest drivers can be found on here http://h18000.www.hp.com/support.
After that, check the BIOS to make sure it is not turned off. Boot the computer and repeatedly press F10 when the monitor light turns green to access the F10 Setup utility.
