@rishi22 I assume you are talking about the display. Most likely a screen issue. I would get ready to replace it. While you are working on it, make sure that all the ribbon cables are properly connected and that there is no corrosion etc. in any of the connectors. Use something like this video to work on your phone and to replace the LCD. Replacement displays can be found at plenty of places with an online search.

The cellphone won't turn on, it won't charge and the power button is broken.

The phone would normally power on when it's plugged into power, so I suggest you start with replacing the charging port. After that you'll want to replace the power button. If you want specific help on how to do those things, I suggest starting your own question and include information about exactly what phone model you have.
