When my screen is normal and I'm looking at a darker image a think greenish line appears but when I look at a brighter image the entire part under the line goes dark. Photos attached below

The screen has been damaged, see the black blob on the right of the line on the first photo? You're looking at a new screen I'm afraid.

If I change the screen will the fingerprint thing still work?
No reason why it shouldn't as long as you're careful with it.
