You can factory reset the tablet manually if you do not need the data from it, this can be done by starting with the tablet fully turned off and starting by holding the power and volume up button (and home button if it has one) until it reaches the recovery screen, and selecting "Wipe Data/Factory Reset" and confirming. If you need to keep your data, it can get much more complicated.
