George, just to clarify, you're saying that on one of your doors the power door lock isn't working, is that right? Does it work manually? Does it lock but not unlock, or is it both? Which door are we talking about? Is the behavior the same whether you use the master lock on the driver's door and the remote?
If you can add the year and any relevant model information for your Caravan, that would help as well.
