Sorry UE doesn’t offer schematics for their gear. They view this as a disposable device
What is the problem?

the device do not start, charging light start but not blinking, battery is charging even if not blinking but device do not start, no dead capacitor on board, no shorts, no solution with hard reset... i'm kind lost
Even thermo camera do not show something heating but device is taking 0.21 A
@Eureka Coders - Give this a try, disconnect the battery the press and hold the power on button for a good 15 secs to fully discharge the logic board, now plug in the power cord. Give it a minute, then disconnect and plug the battery back in and give it a try.
Not working, the charging led still not blinking, i think the issue is more serious since no short on board
When you say "schematics", are you talking about PCB Layouts, CAD plans, Schematic Diagrams?

@jmehnert Schematic Diagrams , something to see where is the problem, probably to know the values of those test points.
