the first attempt you can do is, remove the back cover > unplug the battery connector > find any corrosion damage or water spill trace > clean it with isopropyl alchohol 99% > sit the laptop for a while until completely clean and dry > pray to god that there is no short circuit in the logicboard > turn the horse on
