I get this error which is false as I do have paper. I have narrowed down the cause to the spring that pushes down the paper grabbing rolls has weakened and doesn't do its job anymore. Any advice on how to reach them without tear the printer totally apart? Thank you

Catalin I have the same problem. The spring seems tu be broken or unhooked.
Did you manage to repair it? how did you do?
