Series of loud beeps and screen goes completely white

I have a Breville toaster oven that lets out a series of loud beeps and then the screen goes white. It just started doing this yesterday. We unplugged it overnight; plugged it back in this morning, and it worked. Just a few minutes ago, it did it again - loud beeps and blank white screen. Buttons are unresponsive. Model #BOV845 BSSUSC
