We replaced the heads, cleaned them and also the belt was replaced. Car starts and now it’s making a gurgling sound when it’s on, along with oil spewing down from the engine area .

what did you loosen/remove beside the heads?
Did you replace the head gasket also?

You need to get in there and identify where the oil is leaking from. We can't tell from here. Is something missing? Needs tightened?
