iPad Pro 5th Generation won't boot black screen, limited amperage draw

The iPad suffered impact that shattered screen. The amperage draw is continually .48, far below normal, regardless of how long it has been left on the charger. The charging port has been replaced and tested with no change. The screen has been replaced as well. The screen is black and there is no evidence it ever boots. Have tried soft reset (vol up, vol down, power). No change. New MFI cables and chargers have been tried. It will not mount for wipe/restore. Does not appear visible to external devices.

Did the device function before the screen repair?

I know the iPad pros need a lot of juice to charge. Have you tried any fast chargers?

Did you disconnect the battery while replacing the screen? If so, double check to make sure you have the battery screw securely in place. If you didn't disconnect the battery, you might've caused damaged to the board. Or if you pried between the battery connector you could've damaged that as well.

No, the customer brought it to me functioning this way. It's currently on a fast charger, but hasn't changed in symptom.
