I have had my device for about 3 years now. About 2 months ago I dropped it and cracked the screen (for the first time surprisingly). It's been fine until now, where it is stuck tapping in one spot and won't let me tap anywhere else. I have nothing to recover my data with, so I want to fix it. Does anybody know how or where to bring it to fix it?

@thekingmeta use this video as a guide for that. Not the easiest job but doable.
While you work on your Fire 7, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has the same problem as you do.
