When I turn on the pc keeps black screen i tried many solutions nothing happens and if i remove the cmos and insert it again it keeps black or keeps turning on and off please i need to fix that please 🙏

What is the make and model number of the motherboard?
Just verifying that you have tried using a different known working monitor or that you have proven that the existing monitor works when connected to another computer?
When you removed the cmos battery from the motherboard, was the power disconnected from the PSU and did you press and hold the PC power button for 30 seconds before reinserting the battery, reconnecting power to the PSU and then turning the PC on?
