I've tred to restart it by holding the power button and the restart doasent do anything and also the hdmi from the xbox does not appear on the tv

This could be a beep on, beep off issue (motherboard issue) the best option would be to have it looked at by a technician as this only happens when there is a bad chip on the motherboard or the internal power supply is faulty.
