@daguimolabscbn you left this as a comment , but to get help for your phone, it is better to ask a question. We just need to know what make and model your phone is and what you have tried to fix it.
It sounds to me like you are saying that your LCD is showing the proper screen but your touch screen does not work. Did anything happen to the phone prior to this?
