Why did it is not opening and it is not charged
Also i cant charge when i charge it shorts and it will be power off from the charger

Have you tried plugging the charger into a different outlet in a different room, preferably without an extension cord?

@bbestz have you checked your charger? Put a voltmeter at the end of it and check the output. Double check the connector for any debris, bend pins etc.
