If your sticks aren't working or are drifting the only long term solution is to fit new stick assemblies. Readily available online but you need to be confident in soldering to remove and refit them.

Khan, please elaborate on what you mean when you say "are not working". Do you mean it doesn't power on, it doesn't connect to the PlayStation, or what? The better your description of the problem, the better an answer you will get.
