New problem: It turns on for a second, then turns off with a pop.

  • So, I recently repaired my New 3DS XL, took out the motherboard for the buttons and replaced the silicone part beneath it; but now when I attempted to turn it on, the blue light signifying power turns on but it only plays a brief popping sound, and turns back off, which is far from ideal. Any ideas?

Actually, I’ve been fixed it. Turns out I forgot to flip the switch nearby the ribbon cable for the buttons.
